The Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) software we use can create a thermal model of any building on the Communities and Local Government (CLG) complexity scale. The CIBSE approved hourly weather data the software uses allows us to output accurate data for any hour of any day throughout the year, including profiles for:

. Internal and external environmental conditions.
. Heat gains for occupancy, equipment, lighting, solar and ventilation.
. Natural, mechanical and mixed mode ventilation.
. Inter zone air movement.
. Plant energy consumption.
. Small power energy consumption.
. Renewable energy generation.
. Daylight and artificial lighting control.

All of this data can be modelled for new or existing buildings and analysed on any time scale from one hour to one year. The information can be processed for an entire site, zone groups or individual zones.
