In order for a building to operate efficiently it must be properly maintained and critical systems such as controls should have been fully tested and commissioned.

Parker Wilson Sustain undertake full plant and asset surveys and produce maintenance documentation for the engineering services within your estate. We then tender the maintenance contract and monitor the contractors' performance. Our duties have also included the selection of estates maintenance staff. We provide our clients with ongoing technical advice on a range of issues varying from energy conservation measures and changes in British Standards through to assistance on negotiating with landlords on service charges and base building plant upgrades.

We manage the re-commissioning of building services installations including automatic controls and Building Management Systems (BMS).

We also project manage plant replacement/ upgrade programmes, including boilers and chillers, and large test programmes for generators and electrical installations.

Parker Wilson Sustain are currently investigating various web-based energy monitoring systems with a view to offering a versatile, accessible solution to single and multi-site equipment and utilities data records.
